We started on a mission to socialise our chocolate Labrador puppies in as many places as possible. One memorable day, we whisked them off to Llandudno in Wales for a little adventure. As we strolled about, a lady suddenly called out to us, asking us to hold our horses (or puppies), while she dashed over to shower our pups with affection. It quickly became a delightful routine—wherever we went with our two adorable furballs, people couldn’t resist stopping for a cuddle and a fuss!
One a sunny summer day the girls visited Chester, Molly and Tilly found themselves with a group of ladies who were thoroughly enjoying their people-watching session. As we approached, a gentleman in a rather flamboyant Roman costume decided to join the party. Let’s just say, Molly and Tilly were left pondering whether they’d stumbled upon a historical reenactment or a particularly enthusiastic fancy dress party!
The girls’ next escapade was a holiday to Conway, North Wales, where they nestled into a cosy cottage across the River Conway. Their first night away was a bit of a comedy of errors, as the girls refused to nod off. One of us bravely took the sofa, which was fine, but Molly decided we made the perfect pillows. Now, a Labrador puppy under a year old might be cute, but they’re still surprisingly heavy!
On an other occasion Molly and Tilly met their friend Alfie a springer spaniel at Bala Lake where they had an amazing time running and swimming in the lake, unfortunately the day did not end well for Molly ….
